About this Course

The Cisco Jabber Deployment course is a two-day instructor-led course that will prepare Cisco Unified Communications administrators to configure CUCM and IM&P servers, Microsoft Active Directory, and networking components such as DNS in preparation for deployment of Cisco Jabber. In addition, Cisco Mobile and Remote Access (MRA also known as Expressway) is deployed and configured allowing external endpoints to register to CUCM.

Audience Profile

Unified Communications administrators who are responsible for the planning and deployment of Cisco Jabber

Prerequisites

Working knowledge of CUCM and familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and DNS
